How We Keep Your Account Safe

Account Verification

We verify your identity when you deposit and withdraw to prevent fraud. Your phone number, email and payment method stay encrypted in our database and are never shared with third parties.

Deposit & Withdrawal Security

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. Withdrawals are held for 1–2 hours during verification, then released to your registered account.

Data Retention

We keep your account data, transaction history, and betting records for seven years after account closure to meet regulatory requirements and to settle any disputes.

Account Restrictions

Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings, then Account Details. Update your email or phone number and confirm the change via a verification code sent to your current email. Your payment method stays the same until you update it separately in the Wallet section.

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link and create a new password within 2 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

No. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms. We detect duplicate accounts through email, phone, device ID and payment method. Violations result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Stick to one account per person.

You may withdraw any balance above your minimum withdrawal amount (usually Rp50,000 or equivalent) to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours and credited within 15 minutes of approval.

Not automatically. Your account remains open as long as you comply with our terms. If your account shows no activity for 12 months, we may deactivate it. You can reactivate by logging in. Deactivated accounts do not accrue fees.

Email [email protected] with your account ID and request. We provide a data export within 14 days. To close your account permanently, withdraw any remaining balance first, then confirm closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email with details of the suspicious transaction. We freeze your account, investigate within 24 hours, and reverse any fraudulent deposits or withdrawals. Change your password and enable two-factor authentication if available.
